My office is located at 157 Goose Lane Suite 2, Guilford, CT 06437.

You will see a sign that says “Guilford Smiles” at the entrance off Goose Lane. There are two buildings and my office is very back entrance of the rear building. There is a small parking lot behind both buildings where you may park. You will see my name on a sign outside of my door. Enter the back door of the rear building, go up the stairs and enter the door on your right.
